Nvidia enlisted Big Picture to create another memorable event, this time for their AI Summit in Washington, D.C.
The brief
• Stage General Session and Breakouts Rooms for 2 venues simultaneously
• Produce high quality videos from the event for vast online audiences
• Edit videos for same day streaming and upload to NVIDIA platforms
Solution
We started with the General Session, creating the stage to reflect the grandeur of the World’s leader in AI with 4 loaded semis and 1000+ LED panels befitting of the leader in computing power.
Results
Spread over 2 days and 2 venues, we staged 10 addition breakout rooms, and maintained a smooth workflow that delivered 66 top notch videos to a global streaming audience.
